Consistency Breeds Greatness

There is so much noise and downright deception in the nutrition and fitness space it's easy to get distracted by new trends, fat loss "potions," and diet plans.

Your best bet is to find a plan you can see yourself sticking with forever.

The power of consistency is profound and underrated.

If you can learn to do something consistently, you’ll unlock something more powerful than the habit itself; the belief that you can change your behavior.

Once you can change your behavior, you’ll be capable of making limitless changes because little things done repeatedly lead to big changes in our lives.

If you want to reach your full potential, you must show up every single day. This is the key to long-term fat loss, physique improvement, health, and longevity.

Consistency creates momentum.

I'm by no means saying eat all of the foods you crave, but diets and workouts that are both restrictive and unsustainable nearly always lead to rebounds. Follow a nutrient-dense nutrition plan that allows for some foods you enjoy and can be adjusted (by increasing or decreasing total calories & protein intake) according to your goals.

Combine this with an exercise plan you enjoy. This can be anything that gets you moving consistently. When you have a few months of consistency, start introducing some form of resistance training (weight lifting preferably) if you aren't already. It will pay huge dividends in many aspects of your life.

You can't rush something you want to last forever.

Consistently good is better than occasionally great.
