  • Nutrition coaching is not a “cookie cutter” approach, at least, it’s not with Ben Neill Coaching. Everyone’s health journey is unique and so is the way in which we structure their plan. While we utilize many tools to maximize our client’s success, the foundation is the custom Ben Neill Coaching app.

  • You will receive personal correspondence from me daily, even on the weekend. Any questions you have will be answered within 24 hours. You will also receive automated messages to share your food logs and weigh-ins and other metrics we are tracking.

  • All communication (unless otherwise needed) will occur through the Ben Neill Coaching app to keep things streamlined and organized. You will be directly communicating with me. I will be the one checking on your daily progress and holding you accountable. Any questions you have will be answered within 24 hours.

  • First and foremost, an eating plan must be sustainable regardless of the desired outcome or goal. As I’m known for saying, “Most diets don’t care if they break you mentally, as long as they change you physically.” That is a flawed and destructive philosophy and something I am adamantly opposed to.

I work with each client exactly where they are in their health journey. Together, we make adjustments and corrections to ensure they can gradually make better/healthier choices while ensuring the process is sustainable and doesn’t compromise their lifestyle.

  • Absolutely. During your onboarding process, we have a detailed conversation about your specific needs and restrictions. We can guide anyone to success. It’s all about finding the solution that works for you.

  • Yes. There’s a common misconception that unless you’re trying to lose weight, then you can’t benefit from someone helping you maximize your success by knowing what and how much to eat. The common phrase “abs are made in the kitchen” is rarely wrong. Without dialing in your nutrition, you’ll never achieve the results you’re looking for in your training.

  • This will vary from person to person and depend on your unique goals and experience. Typically, I like a person to perform a structured workout plan at least three (3) days per week.

  • Absolutely. If you have a desire to change and trust me to help you achieve your goals, we can work together to make that happen!
